When making the reservation for pick up at the airport we provide two options to choose from - curb side pick up or baggage claim greeting:

Curb side pick up—this option is default and its free. When you arrive and get your luggage, simply give our representatives a call and one of the ours limousines will pick you up from the curbside in a matter of minutes. Only one exception and this is SJC airport is an exception, the airport does not allow curbside pick-ups.

If arriving to SFO or OAK, airports consider this as your option.

Baggage claim greeting - with this option, your driver meets you inside the terminal and helps you handle your entire luggage to the car. There is a reasonable fee for the service. This is a great option for clients with disabilities, or if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.

Waiting time at the airport-, we do not charge for our waiting time at the airport. Our in-house staff monitors all flights that are on our schedule. We understand that flights are delayed daily and it is out of our client’s control, we try to minimize the hassle. Every time the flight is delayed we are aware of it, and we can adjust our chauffeurs schedule to accommodate the change.

Our only one exception with the delays is when you flight is delayed and the arrival time changes are in the time period 12am-6am period, we apply an early/ late fee that goes directly to our driver.

Waiting time at your home , office or any departure point to the airport - we do not charge for the first 15 min of waiting time, after the initial 15 min, an hourly rate fore that type off vehicle will apply.
